Inter Milan Finalizes Personal Terms with Solet and Muharemovic

Inter Milan is actively building for the future of their defense, with reports indicating that imminent agreements are in place for Sassuolo’s Tarek Muharemovic and Udinese’s Oumar Solet.

Following their recent Scudetto victory and their upcoming Coppa Italia Final, the Nerazzurri are already looking ahead to next season. President Beppe Marotta is diligently working to identify replacements for Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij.

Inter Nears Agreements for Solet and Muharemovic

According to Cronache di Spogliatoio, Inter has reached an agreement on personal terms with Udinese defender Oumar Solet, a player who has been on their radar for some time. The next step involves negotiating a transfer fee with Udinese, which may prove challenging given the significant interest in the 26-year-old from clubs like Milan, Juventus, and Newcastle United. Sportitalia has consistently reported that while Solet is open to other possibilities, he favors a move to Inter this summer. The expected transfer fee is estimated to be around €25 million.

Simultaneously, transfer expert Nicolò Schira claims that Inter has also agreed personal terms with Sassuolo defender Tarek Muharemovic. The reported contract is set to run until June 2031, with an annual salary of €2.2 million. A potential deal structure could involve a loan with an obligation to buy in February 2027, effectively deferring the payment. This arrangement aligns with Sassuolo’s established financial practices as a stable club capable of waiting for payment. However, Juventus retains a 50% claim on any future transfer fee for Muharemovic, stemming from his time in their youth system, which could position them favorably for a potential recall of the Bosnia and Herzegovina international.
