With Hincapie’s loan from Bayer Leverkusen expected to convert into a permanent £40 million deal this summer, Calafiori’s position in the squad would likely be further jeopardized. However, any potential transfer would be complex. Arsenal invested €44 million to bring Calafiori from Bologna and would undoubtedly seek a significantly higher fee from a direct London competitor, especially considering his youth, contract until 2029, and proven Premier League experience.
