Mike Perry on Dillon Danis Fight Cancellation: "He Backed Out Because He's a P*ssy"
"Platinum" Mike Perry is expressing his frustration with Dillon Danis following the submission artist's unexpected withdrawal from their scheduled mixed martial arts bout.
Perry and Danis were slated to be the main event at Duel Arena 1, held at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida, this coming Saturday.
During a planned pre-fight press conference on Thursday, Perry announced that Danis had pulled out of the fight and would be substituted by veteran UFC and MVP MMA fighter Brandon Jenkins.
"This p*ssy ass bitch Dillon Danis didn’t show the f*ck up," Perry stated. "He’s not here. He backed the f*ck out because he’s a p*ssy."
"I want to give a shout out to my new opponent Brandon Jenkins. He’s getting on a plane right now. He’s flying here to weigh in the morning like a professional and fight me on Saturday night."
Later that day, Danis posted a video on social media that appeared to show him receiving stitches for a cut on his arm.
"Shit happens in the fight game," Danis commented in his post. "Beyond disappointed."
The new matchup between Mike Perry and Brandon Jenkins is now set to headline the fight card scheduled for August 29th.
