Juventus Transfer Rumors: Which Club for Cambiaso and Who Will Lead the Attack?

Sport news

The recent episode of the Football Italia summer show delved into Juventus’s upcoming transfer activities. Host Giancarlo Rinaldi discussed the club’s potential moves, focusing on the future of Andrea Cambiaso and the ongoing quest for a new striker.

Both Chelsea and Barcelona have expressed interest in Juventus defender Cambiaso. According to reports, these clubs are keen to discuss player exchange deals with Juventus, who are under pressure to generate a capital gain of €20 million by the end of the month.

Chelsea has reportedly proposed a swap deal involving Nicolas Jackson, while Barcelona is considering including Ronald Araujo in their negotiations with Juventus.

“From the perspective of the Italian national team, I’d prefer to see him in a role where he plays regularly, rather than making a significant move and not getting any playing time at all, similar to what happened with Chiesa,” Giancarlo Rinaldi shared during the latest Football Italia Summer Show episode.

Juventus is also actively seeking a new centre-forward. Beyond Nicolas Jackson, the most viable options currently on the table are Alexander Sorloth and Randal Kolo Muani. Kolo Muani previously played for Juventus in the latter half of the 2024-25 season, where he scored ten goals in 22 appearances for the Turin club.

However, Giancarlo Rinaldi believes that Sorloth would be the more advantageous choice for “The Old Lady.”
