Bologna is set to field Santiago Castro and Jonathan Rowe in their attacking lineup for the second leg of the Europa League quarter-finals against Aston Villa tonight.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 21:00 CET (20:00 BST) at Villa Park.
Bologna faces an uphill battle after suffering a 3-1 defeat at home in the first leg. They will require a victory by a two-goal margin to force extra time, and a three-goal win to advance to the semi-finals.
The Italian side will be without the suspended Jhon Lucumí. Lukasz Skorupski, Benjamin Dominguez, and Thijs Dallinga are sidelined due to injuries. Eivind Helland and Lorenzo De Silvestri are not included in Bologna’s UEFA squad list.
According to multiple reports, including Sky Sport and Gazzetta, Joao Mario is the preferred choice over Nadir Zortea for the right-back position. Tommaso Pobega is expected to start in central midfield alongside Lewis Ferguson and Remo Freuler, with Nikola Moro likely to be on the bench.

English winger Rowe, who scored in the first leg, is slated to play on the left wing. Federico Bernardeschi will occupy the opposite flank, with Castro leading the line as the sole striker.
