Following Bayern Munich's convincing 4-1 victory over Atalanta, which sealed a dominant 10-2 aggregate win, England captain Harry Kane received high praise from Italian World Cup winner Luca Toni. Kane, who scored twice in the match, expressed his appreciation for Toni's comments, stating, "Coming from a top No.9 like you, it’s special words."

Kane's two goals were pivotal in securing Bayern's progression in the competition. Reflecting on his performance in a post-match interview, Kane conveyed his immense pride, particularly highlighting his second goal.

"It’s one of my favourite goals in my career," the English star remarked. He described the strike as "a mixture of skill, technique, balance and obviously, the finish as well. In the moment, it felt really special."
